Allstate Insurance
Won't Pay Bill

Business & Finance

Allstate auto ins claims they did not receive forms from body shop. T & J body shop claims they were waiting for Allstate team to look at my car and fax over the supplementary forms.in the meantime my car was at the body shop awaiting decisions. Allstate paid for repairs and agreed to pay for my rental car for as long as I needed the car. 20 phone calls later, on 5/24 my car was ready and I returned the rental car. Two weeks later I get a call from enterprise auto rental telling me Allstate is not paying the total bill.

Allstate told me that T&J auto body shop was not an authorized body shop & they kept my car too long so they are not paying for all the rental charges balance due is $522. I did not keep my rental car longer than i needed to. I have never ever put in a comprehensive claim and should not be hasstled by Allstate Auto Ins Co and or T & J Auto body Shop. Enterprise is calling me for the balance and it was NOT my fault. I made every effort and more to resolve this issue.
