Unauthorized charges to my account Ente

Approximately 2 months ago I received a very late night phone call. Thinking it could be family or friends I answered. It was 2 different men speaking very forcefully & quickly. They knew my last 4 digits & projected free discounts for commonly used items. The next day I called & cancelled all the phone #s I had been given. This month alone they charged $19.95 two times to my account, even though I had two months prior cancelled. Now they will not forward me to speak to anyone. What can I do as I have other "legit" drafts on this account? I am extremly stressed because of this & I do have health concerns.
