I have had a car loan with wfs financial services for 3 years now and I just recently payed it off because they were charging me interest daily in the amount of $10-$15 dollars, daily.

I mailed in my payoff for the exact amount owed and the car isnt running so I havent had insurance on it, so I called to ask if they had recieved it and they said no.

I called the next day and was told they recieved it and now my balance was 350.00 dollars more because their insurance company found out I had paid it off and they added a full year of insurance on it. They added the insurance the day they recieved my payoff. Do not go through this company.
