I ordered auto accessories from the internet site on 1-31-03. Order charged my bank card immediately and stated a 7-10 bus day delivery.

After 10 days I attempted to reach the company via email with no success, then called thier 1-888 number three times each with no success after 20 minutes of waiting. I finally reached a representative that explained that the items were being shipped from the manufacturer and it would take two more weeks.

I cancelled the one item and was promised a credit and decided to wait for the other item. After two more weeks with no item nor a credit I attempted to contact them again, and again, and again via phone and email. NO response.

I reported them to the BBB of Southland and read their report which alerted me to the illegal mail order activities and breaking Federal Trade Commission laws!

Two months later I have no product, no credit, and thier 1-888 number has been disconnected. I would like to file a class action suit and shut down this scam as the BBB report states that they have done this to many people. DO not buy from this internet site, www.autoaccessory.com! Thank you
