Making me pay for a GAP Claim the GAP Insurance Should Cover Ripoff

In September we had a motorcycle that was financed through UCFS. We went through our insurance and our GAP insurance company to get the amount paid off. UCFS added $895 dollars worth of finance charges in a matter of 3 months. I didnt even have that amount in over a year. They are still sending me bills saying I owe them $895 dollars, when they should be going after the GAP insurance company. This is a complete Ripoff. I shouldnt have to payoff the bike.
