Lied-scamed-willnot return money promissed-which makes them thieves in my book!

I am writing this report in hopes that others see and will stay away from these people who lie, and are theives in returning money. Do not think, just because you use a credit card or money transfer, that you are protected by these people who comit fraud, YOU ARE NOT.

I had paid with a credit card the deposit they required, and upon looking at there vehicle that was stated in there e-bay add as execellent condition, was nothing more then a GROSS MIS-DISCRIBED VEHICLE YOU COUD HAVE.

This vehicle was dirty, had items listed in add as being there and later was not. There answer to this was&WAS IT IN THE PICTURE?

I had asked exact questions on the phone to there salesman, who stated to me that there was these options on the car. He also said you would receive your deposit back, if this car is not the way i said it is. (there e-bay add says the samething) WATCH OUT, they have no intention of giving back your deposit or money, no matter what. These people are being investagated. Dont believe anything they say and if you use a credit card with so call fraud protection, GOOD LUCK them helping you. This company FINE CARS USA, lied, and took money under false presantation of a vehicle, to me is like stealing-FRAUD! I CAN ONLY SAY, STAY AWAY FROM THESE SO CALLED PEOPLE, AND BUY CLOSE TO HOME. And let e-bay know they are helping theives and dishonest people conduct bussiness on there site.
