Ripoff, lying and theives, stealing $1400 deposit on a car

I went to credit master to purchace a vehicle. I spoke to salesman karim who stated that my interest rate for the car would bo at 9% and no more. The deal sounded good and we signed the purchace agreement. Since its a small dealership we had to wait for the bank to review the agreement and finalize the paperwork for us to finish the deal.

I gave them $1400 for a deposit which is refundable. I took the car saturday and sunday. When monday came the bank stated the rate is at 10.24% and we didnt want the car. I returned the vehicle expecting my deposit. They said they had to wait for the check to clear until the would return my funds with a new check. Three days later i called and their response was that they are not returning my $1400 deposit. I am very irrate towards this matter. They were dishonest, coniving liers.
