Ripoff used cars dealer sold me car then engine totaled after 80 miles

I bought a autombile from these used car people. Mohamed Rashed also known as fine cars usa There written internet ad on ebay DEC 11th stated that the car had passed a THOROUGH mechanical inspection and had no known mechanical problems and was in excellent condition.

As I was driving the car home from the dealership it broke down. It had to be towed to a repair facility. The car needed a new engine. So less in less then 24 hrs and after haing driven the car a grand total of 80 miles. The car know needs a new engine at a cost of $6000 also the axle is severly damaged as is the exhaust system. More money that I do not have. FALSE ADVERTISING to the say the least. I have contacted the seller FINE CARS USA and have talked to both Moe and David the owners. The only thing they are willing to do is sell me another car. What a joke. This is outright fraud. I have no transporation and there attitde is I don't care. The mechanic I took the car to said this car was in bad shape and had been severly tampered with by a uqualified mechanic. Be warned if you should try to do buisness with these people. David Reckseit, Michelle Reckseit, Mohamed rashed and Marty will take your money and you will end up with nothing.
