I flew with Nature atmosphere from poor to Jamaica nevertheless my baggage did not appear. I had been without garments for seven days - I'd to purchase my garments in the resort plus they guaranteed to pay $25 daily for late baggage. Off-course used to donot notice something from their store, they sent my baggage 15 nights later with 1 / 2 of my clothing lacking. I submitted a state using the them, quit many communications, you are able to never consult with a live representative. That handles claims. They did not actually deliver us a notice or knowing receipt of my state or something to that particular issue. It has been a few months and that Iam going to document a problem with BBB. I'd a encounter with Nature atmosphere and that I do not recomend one to travel with this specific flight. Exceptionally bad customer support and terrible experience.
