Talk about women not knowing anything about cars. I went to helms brothers in flushing queens to get my mercedes diagnosed. They not only overcharged me for services i didnt need they charged me for parts, and labor to replace the parts i had and their was nothing wrong with my original parts... The reason i found out was because the parts were a battery and an alternator which i took to be tested at three other service centers they all said my alternator and battery were fine!!!
