I have a max care warranty with chryler. My car went dead on me i had it toll to massey yardley for repair under the warranty. They told me that i would have to pay them to charge the battery or replace the battery before they would test the alternator. I explained to therm that the battery was replaced two months ago and that the alternator is what killed the battery, but they refused to check the car without me paying them to charge or replace the battery. I took the car to someone eles and paid for a new alternator that should have been replaced under warranty. The other company did not have to charge or replace my battery to replaced the alternator. Alternator is replaced, and i have the same battery.
