Payoff Check Cashed September 4, Car Title Still Not Received

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, and you do not need to deal with them. They will send you around and around in loops. All I wanted was to pay off my car. I sent them a business check for the payoff amount, and they cashed it right away on Sept. 4. Now it is Oct. 6, and I still have no title, after they told me it should take 7-10 business days.

Please, please do not deal with this company. You will regret it.
