Deferment Denied While Husband Was Ill and Between Jobs

Citifinancial or Citigroup:

This is the worst company allowed to operate. They are vindictive, rude, nasty, not even human. I called and asked for a deferred payment for 1 month only and was denied because my husband was ill and between jobs. They wouldn't even hear of it.

I really hope a family member of any of the employees there never gets sick unexpectedly or is in trouble, because to this company no one is to get seriously ill! God help us all who need to deal with this company. It needs its phone service disconnected.
