Charged $1.00 for using a credit card at the gas pump

It was recently brought to my attention that Sams's Club is charging $1.00 to use a credit card at the pump. It does not show up at the time you purchase gas but several days later.

After my friend in Pensacola, Florida noticed it on her credit card bill I went and checked my bill and the same thing had happened to me and my husband. This is shady and underhanded. I looked the last time I filled up my tank and it was not posted anywhere on or around the pump. I am not sure if they are doing it inside the store when you use a credit card but they are doing it at the pumps.

This should be against the law.
