Rip Off Insurance co Albuquerque New Mexico

I have just bought a new Hyundi not even a monyh and haven't made the first payment on Oct. 24 2007 i was on my way to work heading out toward Santa fe New Mexico and i was reared end by a car who was to haved had inasurance by National insurance center and the fellow who was driving the car had no liecese was not even from here he was from Mexico. But was drving his mothers car who was insured by national isurance co. She had bought insurance only for one month.

I went to put my claim in and it was hell just trying to get people to talk to you. Finally i did get an adjuster who talk to me only once and did not return -my calls back when ever i needed to taklk to her when she did return my call she told me to fax her some informatipn which i did as soon as i got off the phone. Said as soon as she got those papers she would get back with me to see where i would get my car fixed.

Guess what she did not return my call i had to call her back only for her to tell me that they were not gonna cover my car because she was not driving the car. So i am out of luck If he was not suppose to be on the car they should cancel her because she has no business being on the road. TECHINALLY they used that an excuse so they would not have to put out money. If she knew that why did she let him drive that car.

They suck because if i had hit him and my son had been drving they would have been paid. What an experice.
