The last month I bought my first car in America. I found my car in New york auto. The sales representative without any explanations for the tax, registration, told us the cost of the car, and prepared the documents for the bank. Once again I will write that this is the first time that I buy a car and that I rely on the company. They didn't give for me a copy of the documents, they told that everything is Ok, that I had to go in the bank and after they will send by post the documents for me. I went to the bank and everything was OK. After three weeks I come back in the company to take my number plate and the documents because till this moment I received anything by post. First they didn't give me the documents, they told that the documents should be sent by post, but I insisted to receive at least a copy. When I receive my documents I understood that they token 375 $ more from the bank, and now I have to pay this money and the interest for them.
I thought that it is a good professional company, but to my great regret it is not truth.
