This is only ONE of many incidents that occurred with this piece of crap bank. Below is the most recent. Ten (10) days ago I sent to BOA-Mtg/Voucher Dept documents that they were to fill out and send back to either me or an Agency in Tempe, AZ so that this agency could assist me with my mortgage payment this month. The incompetent skanks at BOA lost my paperwork. I contacted Mike and Ana at the AZ branch on 48th St / Ray in the early afternoon on 8/12/10, and informed them of my situation, and told them I had to have those documents faxed to the agency on or before 10:30 am on 8/13/10. Mike said he would get right on it. Then MIke passes the buck to Ana, who clearly didn't give a rip! Ana took the documents and said she e-mailed them to Karen Zenger. Ana said that Karen told her that the documents would be faxed to this Agency ontime, due to the circumstances. I also called BOA, Mtg Dept on 8/13 to be sure all as taken care of. No one had heard of Karen Zenger, but a Michelle (would not give me her last name) said they were faxed to this agency in Tempe. I went to my apt. On 8/13/10, and NO documents were sent. I called and spoke to Mgr Mike who made it clear he did not give a rip! This bozo had me on the phone for 1/2 hr, before telling me, I'm sorry, no one knows who Michelle is, and there is nothing we can do for you today. He further said "I've just been informed that your documents won't be faxed to anyone today, and we have no idea when those documents will be faxed." What an ass! The rep at the agency told me that BOA has been the ONLY difficult bank to work with, and that they put ALL of their customers through hell that need assistance. I hate this bank and will celebrate ever time i hear they have been robbed! I can't wait until they go under!!!
