Beware! Can Not Be Trusted! Took $550 of my money and did nothing! Farifax

I dropped off my 1974 Honda CB360 with Fairfax Cycles for repair work on 5/23/07. I told the manager that the motorcycle would run for only 10 minutes or so before the engine died out. I requested that he get it running properly for use on the road. Fairfax Cycles assured me they could fix the bike and said they would have the work done in about a week. I never heard back from them for a month.
I called after a month to ask about progress. On June 26 the manager said the work was done, the bike was running fine, and I should come pick it up. I paid the repair bill of $557.90 ($360 labor, $188.48 parts, $9.42 taxes). I made the mistake of taking the manager's word that the bike was fixed and paying before I test-rode the bike.
When I test-rode the bike in the Fairfax Cycles parking lot it went only about 65 yards before the engine died out again. It was running exactly as it was when I dropped it off. Fairfax Cycles agreed that it was still not running properly, and took it back in for further work.
I again never heard from Fairfax Cycles for many weeks. When I called the manager he informed me that they were unable to fix the bike, that it was still not running properly, and that I should come pick it up.
When I went to pick up the bike on 9/8/07 I naturally requested a refund of the money I had paid for repair, since Fairfax Cycles themselves admitted that they had not fixed the bike. The manager refused to refund any part of my money.
Fairfax Cycles collected that money from me on false pretenses that they had fixed the bike. Only minutes after they collected the money, they themselves admitted that they had not in fact fixed the bike. They still have not, and they now admit that they are unable to do so. I have received no value whatsoever for the $557.90 I paid Fairfax Cycles. The motorcycle still runs no better than it did when I first brought it in there.
