Carmax Dulles - VA
Poor service!

After viewing another criticism re Carmax Dulles, Virginia, I've to include my speech like a caution to others. Before my child went down to grad-school in July we purchased her a 2001 Nissan Xterra there, having purchased SEVERAL vehicles formerly and cheerfully in the Carmax at Laurel, doctor. I easily discovered that not all Carmax websites would be the same. Three times before she'd to generate countless kilometers alone, she named the NIssan nationwide hotline and was educated that TWO SEVERE evokes with this automobile hadn't been completed. We truly needed to struggle to obtain these completed at another Nissan dealer before she quit. And a week ago, she was stuck since the battery was lifeless—wire issues. And what did Carmax Dulles do after I named and talked with many "higher-UPS?" They sent us two $25 support records. As though we'd actually return! Customers beware!
