Sold me a lemon / bad customer service

I bought a used Ford from Buz Post/Classic KIA. Within 2 weeks I had several problems with the car.in fact when I took the car by to have it inspected for the state inspection, 2 days after buying it, it wouldn't pass inspection. I returned the next day, service dept did something to the car and passed it. I went back to try to resolve the other problems with the car.

Ron told me that "if the car broke into 2 pieces after driving off the lot, I better call for 2 tow trucks. One for each half of the car. "This is the same man that told me he was going to "buy the car for my Mom" if I didn't buy it that night. I had said I would return Sunday to look at the car again, he said they were closed on Sunday and the car would be gone by Monday... For his Mom. Wonder if he still wants to buy it for his Mom?

I spoke to several people at the dealership trying to get something resolved with the car, I was told it was my problem. All they could do was let me trade it in for a new car and give me "fair market value" for mine. I would lose half of what it cost me. Each time I spoke to Ron he became loud and rude.

So I am stuck with a car that I have to have serviced within the first couple of weeks.

I have filed several reports against them. One on their own website, with the BBB and the Tx attorney general.
They also sat on my tags after receiving them. I found this out when I went to the tax office to see why it was taking so long. I was told they had them for sometime.
Do not deal with these people they are a rip off and not trustworthy.
