This is one of the worst online motorcyle accessory businesses I have ever dealt with. I sent an e-mail with just a suggestion about letting customers know how difficult it is to find a tool to remove the idiotic one way screws that they include with a 15.00 helmet lock if you ever need to move or reposition the lock.
What do I get back but a reply that basically "what are you an idiot email" I blasted him back twice in a manner that while not professional made me feel better since I believe in treating others as they treat me.
Save yourself the hassle and don't deal with this person or his "business"
