Ripoff! Dishonest careless customer service, never got my order right, rude owner, waited 3 months for correct lock, never got the right owner W. Harwick. Ripoff!

I have ordered about 10 locks 5 months ago for my house Co.cc brass sent me one damaged lock and with the wrong key. I call back and after a long very awul custumer service approach they promise me to send the working lock with the right key. After 3 month of waiting I recieved the lock but again with the wrong key.

I call the ccbrass back had a "luck" speaking with the owner of the co. Who was abused me in a very mean and rude manner, who started to lecture me over the phone wasting my time and money refused to send me the lock with the right key by hanging up on me.

This expirience is very awful. Total wasted time of 8 months!!! I feel that I must report this co so the people be aware of not using the this company just because they are cheaper for few pennies.
