Repeated Poor Customer Service - Manager (female)

I guess when you have more business than you can handle, customer service isn't a priority!

I was a Leslie's customer for quiet a few years, out of convenience, not by choice.

I think management believes if they are rude and obnoxious to their customers, they can thin out the crowd so they don't have to deal with so many inquisitive customers.

However, if you want to feel like you're an inmate at a prison camp, feel free to continue to keep them on your shopping list!
