Ripoff Keep raising rates because I don't want to have electronic withdrawl

They tell me a price to start the insurance policy on my truck... Then when I get the statement from them it is missing a dollar pluse my payment has doubled because I don't want to have it electronically taken out of my account. They also tell me that my deductable went up from 500 to 1000.
