Travelers - GEICO Home Insurance inaccurate rates exaggerated over the years

I was recently notified that I have been overpaying for homeowners insurance over the past 5 years or so. Every year Travelers has been raising my rates by 15-20% such that it has doubled over that period of time. Well now they admit that their previous estimates are incorrect and that the cost of rebuilding my home was inflated by $200,000. They of course will not give me a refund for any of the overpayment even though had I made a claim, it would not have cost them that much to replace my home. (This policy did not include cost of possessions or living expenses).
