Need a tune-up-they replace 1 plug and charge me 13.32 for six to mention $355 to tear up my car - now it shakes rattle and roll. Ripoff

I took my care to good year to have a tune-up done. They ordered the parts only 1 plug came back with the order but they charged me for 6 at 13.32 per plug. The final charged of my bill was $355.08. When i left the car was still shaking i took it back they were about to close. The man said bring it back on the next business day. I took it back the saleperson said that the way the car was. I told him for 355 my should not be shaking and rattling.

So he ordered another spark plug said they were replacing all 6 again. But they did not. The car is still shaking rattling and rolling. But now my service engine light has come on

They have riped me off for 355 and my car is a mess. I now have to find someone to fix my car before i can nolonger drive it.

It is a shame that companies can get away with charging for services that they do not do.

I wish there was something i could do. I'm just a woman that another company has gotten over on, and out of 355 plus whatever else it will cost me to get my car fix.
