Physical issues, bad customer support!

My spouse and that I were likely to Cozumel on the diving vacation. We were to travel from Orlando to Atlanta onto Cozumel. The very first airplane we were to travel on had physical issues, the 2nd had physical problems and turned up late to Orlando. We skipped our connecting flight to Cozumel. They flew us rather to Cancun informing people they'd get us to Cozumel. Whenever we arrived in Cancun a-Delta repetition. Place us in a cab and informed us he'd consider us to Playa. From there he'd get us about the fairy ship to Cozumel. Alternatively we were fallen down in Playa no idea where we were with our dive equipment at 10:00 P.M. We settled the cab and vessel but were informed by Delta to poor concerning the price outofpocket. Additionally the missing evening in the resort and missed evening of fishing which was taken care of. Customer support was a whole lot worse.
