Not needed services ripoff

My mother's car broke down near the Firestone in Lebanon, Pa.
Her belt had broke. I knew of the "services" Firestone tries to get people to take, and I had advised her to NOT sign ANYthing until me and my husband arrived.
She had an "estimate" for almost $500, which also included a coolant flush for $80, which they flush your coolant system with "used" anti-freeze.
After talking to our regular mechanic, the repairs needed are NOT going to be anywhere near the $500 they were asking.
