We booked an all inclusive beach day with tour cozumel for may 1st 2009. We were to arrive by cruise ship that day. Due to the swine flu outbreak our ship did not stop in cozumel.in fact all cruise lines and stops were cancelled to all ports in mexico. When we returned home on May 4th I sent an email to the company requesting a refund. I rcvd a return email from Carrie advising me to send her my email address (the one we used thru paypal) and she would issue the refund. Well it is now a month later and we have not received any refund. I have tried to email and contact this company several other times since and they will not even respond to my emails.
