This is what happened. I went to this dealership looking for a nice suv because i work in the medical field and need to be at work in bad weather. I traded a front wheel drive car in on a 2003 ford explorer sport. I told the dealer and his name is carlos what i wanted. I am not car smart, but i am medical smart. I know i told him i needed either a front wheel drive or a all wheel drive to get me to work in the snow. I found out that this explorer is rear wheel drive. I took the suv back to the dealer on sept 2nd just to make sure what i had. Carlos told me it was a rear wheel drive. I told him i was very upset and im paying a lot of money for something i didnt want and could not use to get back to work in the snow. He told me that i could put some cender blocks in the back or use chains. I again told him that i was very upset and that i traded a good front wheel drive car in on this. My payment are 427.00 a month. I so upset and i feel like i was mislead in this deal.
