Lied about price-lied and sold it to me as 4 wheel drive it is not-lied about warranty

They knew I had not went into debt for an auto before and took advantage of that. I wanted 4 wheel drive in an SUV to pull a boat.

It was sold to me as a 4 wheel drive and it was not. They lied about the price of the SUV. $2000.00 worth.

I was led to believe the warranty was mandatory. $2000.00
My husband traded his auto in on SUV and we could not find any where in the paper work credit for that.

I cancelled the warranty over a month ago. They have told me they have faxed that in 3 times and mailed it in but the warrenty company has told me they have receive nothing.

I paid the SUV off 2 an 1/2 months after purchased. I cancelled the $2000 warranty with the dealership as instructed by the warranty company.

However, I have yet to get my refund. The warranty company after several calls expressing it is my money says the dealership has to do it. $2000.00 for nothing.
