Deadly problem with 2003 ford focus - Ford Focus

I am disabled and need to pull myself out of my car by the steering wheel. After several months my steering wheel came loose, so loose I couldn't drive, the center bolt in the steering wheel had backed out till it was omly hanging by 2-3 threads this is happening again ford needs to be informed before someone crashes. This is a deadly mistake that needs to be addressed very soon. I can't drive my 2003 ford focus, I'm afraid the steering wheel will fall off please help.
