Tucson AZ Patriot Act Scam to Active Duty in military Uniform

There are many things in this world I can't stand but the one I hate most is buying a new car. My wife needed a new car because she is going back to work and we were a one car family, so on July 25th we popped into Desert Toyota, in Tucson, to check out the 07 Camry.

We took it for a test drive with one of the sales managers and after the test drive we were handed over to a saleswoman to talk some numbers. We explained that we already had financing setup and wanted an OTD price. When they wouldnt give us the price we wanted we started to leave. Of course the first sales manager came running after. Got us back in the showroom with the usual what will it take? He didnt like what we offered and demanded, because it was required by law that we fill out a credit app because of the Patriot Act. Im sitting here in my military uniform and this jack ass tells me this! Wife got PISSED and demanded he produce the verbiage. Then he had the nerve to ask to see our check, of course we walked. Later that day we purchased a 2006 Outback from Emich Subaru without having to fill out the Required by Patriot Act credit application, outstanding service from all at Emich.
