I am a very upset customer. My wife and I walked into the clarkville, md toyota dealership and encountered the worst customer service every. We are in our 50s and have brought several cars in those years. Never ever had the car buying experience that we had at this dealership. The sales managers were very unprofessional, the sales techniques were horrible. The most troubling things was we were paying cash from our credit union and they stated they needed to run a credit report because of the patriot act. We asked why, and he stated we could be terrorist... My wife look at each other and said it time to go. I could go on, but I wont bore you with the rest of the details. I will end this complaint by saying that I plan on bring ing this information to anyone who will listen. Do not go the antwerpen toyota in clarksville maryland, the worst dealership in howard county. YOU WILL BE SORRY
