Ripoff damaged car after we had to take old car due to stated was approved and then not

I emma h* went to right honda to pick up car with son lamar after we recieved a call from victor p* stating lamar was approved. We got there and then carmen a different sales rep states lamar is not approved i am so we picked out a 05 dodge caravan that we were approved for

We turned in a 84 limcoln town car with 56,000 miles on it and in good condition there was only one owner my father he purchased it in september of 1984. Well anyway i signed papers and abvout two week later we went in and they stated we had to give back the van and to take my car

When they briought it out the emblem that was on the hood it looks like the rolls royce lady and the drivers side mirror detached and the door comming apart and messed up so we argued and i didn't take it due that andre b* stated from we could get a cosigner. So a friend of my stated he would get the car for me and all the information was given to andre and he came back and stated he was approved and to bring him in to sign the papers.

So about 3 days later andre stated that we need to go to a lower car because the bank wanted him to go to a lesser price and also thet gave me the wrong van at first. So we got a intrepede and now they said he not approved after papers were signed again and stated again that we are not approved.

So this time they took the car from under us drove the lincoln to us and said take our car back and now it is worse than before you can barely back up and of course no tages and license plate and the are giving us the run around about the damages.

Can you help us. I take care of my elderly parents now i can't get them around to thier dr's appointments without complications.
