*Explanation Car was to be approved by bank as stated by salesperson, 1 day later, loan still had not been approved, but saleperson assured us that it was approved, just a matter of a few documents. We were ordered to provide insurance coverage for the vehicle and we would be contacted in the next few days by the finance company to provide a interview. My husband repeatedly asked is this loan approved, because we will not take the car until the deal is done. We were guaranteed it was a done deal, after my husband also mentioned repairs that needed to be done, saleperson/owner agreed to repair. Another day passed and the finance company we were told had approved the loan called me, and the loan had not been actually approved and was not going to be approved at that time, the salesperson then called us and said he could get someone else possibly to approve the loan, at that time we opted to return the car, and receive our refund since the dishonesty had occured about of beinhg approved in the original loan. At that time we returned the vehicle and the owner became beligerent and stated he would not return our 1000 cash payment for the finance company, and he would filke a repo against us.
