Progressive Refuses to pay claims blames the innocent driver besides the at fault driver ripoff

Progressive is unfair unreasonable falsely accuse you does not return phone calls. Manangers are rude & unprofessionals refuses to pay your claim instead they will blame both drivers cause the accident to keep from paying both claims. Progressive as all this planned out when they go have their meetings every month to put people through hell so they can get from paying any money to you. Progressive knows how to fool the courts so the judge can rule agaisnt the other person.

People cause these accidents on purpose so the can collect money from your policy people hit you on purpose & then lie about you if they have progressive insurance they will put you threw hell to keep from paying you what money is owed to you, when me & my mother was involed in an accident 12/19/05, this man got pissed & sideswapped my mother to get infront of her because my mom had enough room to pass & this old man got pissed & striked our vehicle on purpose when got infront of us he passed us illegally & he did not stop this is hit & run

My mother had to chase him to get his tag # if he was not going to stop. He finally stopped into this burger joint he right away started blaming my mother & accusing her of hitting him & said he did not care about the damange done to her vehicle & he lied to the police & later lied to progressive they body had the same insurance companies.

After the old man gave his recorded statement progressive ruled in his favor & accused my mother of failure to yield they told her she had no evidence to prove her story well the man who hit us did not have any evidence either if none of us have any evidence then progressive cannot blame my mother & they are going to refuse to pay my mothers claim this man got away with what he done he road raged & hit us & told lies about my mother to progressive & then to the police so he can continue to road rage & hit people mabye even possible kill people if he is not caught so he can collect from peoples policys.

This is fraud & he can be locked up in prision for fraud so let him try to come after my mothers policy. Progressive will put you through hell you cannot go anyware these days with these crazy people like that old man trying to kill you on the roads because he was discouresty to my mother & then lied about her. My mother WILL cancel her policy with progressive & find another insurance my mother will by a small video camera like what police do & catch these reckless & road rage drivers who hitt my mother to prove they caused the accident they will think twice before hitting our vehicle again.
