Ripoff

I recieved a phone call from someone telling me that I was approved for a credit card with a $3000.00 limit that all I had to do was pay the $299.00 one time membership fee and that when I got the card I could simply pull that amount off the card and return it to me account.

That amount was taken out of my account in april I didn't recieve my "membership package" until June of course there was no card just a bunch of junk I had no use for nor was it worth the $299.00 I paid for it.

I called the company back to find out what was going on and the person I talked to then told me that I had to fill out the application in the package for a secure card for up to $3000.00 and that is NOT what I was told during that first phone call.

I also started getting these electronic withdrawls out of my account that was linked to them that I did not give approvals for. When I tried to get my money back I could only get an address to send my request to but no ones name nor a phone number and I am still fighting this company for my money back with no response.
