Ripoff! Damages during installation, not paid after promised! Stupid techs = sorry customers!

After taking 5 days to install an alternator (2 of which were because he couldn't shut the alarm system off), I complain and the tech gets upset, slams the hood down with tools underneath it! Smart? I don't think so.

He admits fault and the Manager turns me over to the corporate office. 35 phone calls, no response. Convenient that they are in Oregon and if you call a few local numbers in their yellow page ad you will eventually find out you are talking to people in Oregon as well. I finally get one call to tell me to go get 3 estimates and it'll be taken care of. Right...

3 estimates submitted, 35 more phone calls, no call back... All of a sudden, claim denied!

Do not take your car to these people. They have 18 claims filed against them with the Better Business Bureau in Arizona and 14 in Oregon and it is for a good reason. Research your mechanics before you have to research an attorney as well.
