Replaced a part not needed and refused to offer any recoarse

I had a electrical problem with my truck and a freind said there was an alternator/starter shop up the street. I went to this shop and they said they were sure it was the alternator and replaced it.

After waiting three to four hours after being promised it would be done in 1 and a half hours they reported it was done. On my way home my truck had stalled out. I have now found out from a more reliable source it was my starter all along.

The customer service here was among the worst I have ever received. I am not sure how the store manager could call himself a manager it seemed as if he almost took pleasure in ripping off his customers.

I highly recomend you use someone else other than start mart.

PS don't be fooled by there big add in the yellow pages.
