I took my nissan to start mart to have my starter replaced when they informed me that they had damaged my door on the lift. The door wouldn't close.

The mechanic said that the damage wasn't that bad and said he could fix it on his spare time because the mistake might cost him his job. The store supervisor Then came in and said that they were very sorry and he had reported it to there insurance company. He told me to get a couple of quotes from local body shops so the could pay for the damage. I then PAYED THEM $82.71 for the starter. Some time later I got two quotes from repuatable companys averaging $850.00 After giving them the etimates i waited a few days then returned.

The two people who had worked on my car no longer worked there. The New supervisor said he was very busy and needed a couple more days. A couple days later I returned. The supervisor then said give me your number and I have HIM call you. A Couple days later I returned. The suervisor then said they needed one more estimate. Being outraged at the fact I had Allready taken time out of my busy day to get estimates to pay for ther liability I said LET ME HAVE THE NUMBER OF SOMBODY AT CORPORATE. He said he could not do it. Then he took my number Again and said sombody would call me. Nobody has. And I Dont Think anybody Will. I now am faced with paying more money to have sombody handle this for me.
