Slow due date change led to late charges after car was totaled

Drive Financial claims to help those with challenged credit, but dealing with them is the challenge. I had a Drive representative call me the day before my payment was due. No joke!

I told them to at least be respectful enough to wait until the due date. I asked to have my due date changed and they waited four months to change it. My car was then totaled, and I ended up owing them money for late charges because they claimed that the person took so long to change my date.

Now I know those calls are monitored and recorded, so why couldn't they just rewind the tape? Oh yeah, because it wouldn't benefit them!!!

I'm with Wells Fargo now, so hopefully they are better.
