Repeated Calls to Family, Payment Date Change Never Processed

I've been a drive customer for 9 months, during that 9 months I have received repeated harassing phone calls, so many I had to change my cell phone number, I have until dec 07 made all my payments every month, starting in sept 07 I requested to have my payment date changed due to my pay periods, I was told this would not be a problem so I started sending in my payments on the requested date change. The change never went in I received calls 2 to 3 time a day my family receives harassing calls and every time I call drive I get the run around!!! I now have fell 1 payment behind and called to make arrangement to have payments deferred which I was told would not be a problem and wouldnt you know it the harassing calls to my family members continues!!! What kind of company is this, then I found this site and read about all the horror stories from others with the same problems... Class action law suit. Count me in this has to stop from this company, I can see calling if a payment is late, but when its only 1 or 5 days and all payments have always been made, this is ridiculous...
