... Accepted telephone order in the amount of $500 on 3/8/05 for assorted auto parts; charge in that amount was posted to credit card that day. Was told by salesman "Don" that parts would "ship within 10 days". We are now at 21 days and no delivery. Numerous emails and voicemails left at "800.456.8144 x210" have gone unanswered.

According to the Upstate NY BBB, "On January 20, this company's membership in the BBB was revoked by the BBB's Board of Directors due to a pattern of complaints and failure to eliminate the underlying cause of the claims."

It is my understanding that it is illegal to post charge to credit card in advance of product actually shipping. Please advise as to the accuracy of this point of view. Thanks in advance for your assistance.
