S&J misrepresented themselves from the first conversation. I was told by the employee I was talking to that he would be overseeing the removal of the parts I had ordered to make sure everything was included. Lies! S&J is not a salvage yard! They do not have any inventory! They are a sort of broker but more correctly called hustlers. They are on COD with all the yards they have dealt with. The employees are rewarded for lying and should realize they too are the victims of a hustler who will never make good on his promises.

I have been charged $1,850.00 for a list of parts for a 2002 Volvo. My credit card was billed on Jan. 7th 2005. I received part of one item on the list. I have since been told I would receive credit and since February 5th I have been trying to get someone to return my calls.

I have reported them to the Attorney General in NY and filed for a refund through my credit company.
