Company clearly states on there web site that they will charge your credit card only after the product has ben shiped. Order for replacement fenders for my lawn tractor was placed on 3-12, account charged 3/16 and according to tracking number provided by company, UPS has no record of shipment.
Company will not respond to emails.
Beware of this firm, they will rip you off!
