Ripoff, stole money, no contact, avoid answering calls

We have used a www.car-part.com to find some parts for 02 Audi. One of the listing was them. We called 1800 456 8144 and Joice gave us, what seems to be a great deal at that time, totaling $2300. The parts were suppose to be delivered to shop within 5 days. It was been almost 3 weeks since the payment was cleared. We have called them over 50 times, and they give me a different story every time. The parts are in process, Joice has been avoiding my phone calls and I have left her many many voice msgs. The owner name is John. Even though they seems to be helpful, but it looks like they all bunch of crooks.
They have to use different names, there are 3 that I know about
AUTO PARTS, Find parts, and they used to be called S&J Used Auto Parts.
S&J Used Auto Parts had scammed me before for $400. If I knew it was them I would never delt with them. That is why they have to chenge names.
