What a bunch of thieves! I purchased a used taillight for my toyota from this company on October 22nd... After 3 weeks I called to inquire where my part was... They said opps - my order got filed before it was filled - they would ship the next day - another month later still no part. Nancy the person who anawers the phone - and the one who covers for the owner John Bardino - said she called me back and left me a message that the part they charged me $80 in October was now $120 in November - and they needed the additional money before they could ship my part. I told Nancy to have the owner to call me - needless to say he never did. I waited another 2-3 business days and called back to demand a refund. As of today _ I have no refund and no part... And no call from the owner!
