Ripoff misleading quotes that could cost you double late

I bought a policy from an agnet in this office working for survival. He gave me a quote and I bought the policy, two months later I found out the agent had lied to the insurance company about my information and that's why I had gotten a lower rate on my quote so they were charging an additional $1200 for my policy. I asked the agent to handle the situation and he kept telling me to ignore the letters that it was a mistake on their end. We went back and forth for months. I left numerous messages and never talked to him again.

Due to terrible customer service I cancelled my policy. I went to a better company with lower rates than survival. Two months later, I recieved a $680 charge. Now they are threatning to sue if I don't pay for the misleading information the agent gave about me. The insurance is now costing me double the price of an overpriced insurance anyway.

Don't ever buy from survival. They misguide their patrons by gurantee lower rates but by decieving insurance companies and the insured.
