Warehouse hours - Customer service

At the Niagara Falls US warehouse on Packard Road Canadian Customers pick up UPS packages. This saves time as it would take longer to pick up at a ups store or private warehouse. Over the holiday period the warehouse changed it's pick up hours from 9am to 1pm due to the high volume of freight to process, and I understand this. However now that the holidays have passed the warehouse is open for commercial pick ups, and drop offs at 11:30 am and not 9am as it used to be. This late opening it very inconvenient for companies that have to cross the border.By 10 am the truck lanes at Lewiston are usually backed up across the bridge. Would you please let me know if this is temporary, or if opening at 11:30 am will be the norm. I have spoken to other commercial customers who are unhappy as well for the same reasons. The staff at this location have not been able to provide a reason for this change. Would someone in management please reply to this complaint. Thank you in advance.
